DO IT YOURSELF: HOME MADE PCB BOARDS
PCB Board are a back bone of electronics, but if you are a beginner in electronics it is expensive to get PCB Board from manufacturers for your mini projects.
If you choose to built one with dotted board. there are lot of complexity like short circuit and loss contacts etc.
To over come all this, only solution is to make PCB Boards at home.
Materials Required:
1. Copper Clad Boards.
2. Ferric chloride
3. Scratch Pad (you can find one in your kitchen, but use one separately for PCBs, because the chemicals used are really poisionous)
4. Plastic tub
5. Iron Box
6. old tooth brush.
7. Mini PCB Drill.
8. Hand gloves (very important)

I used toner transfer method to print the board, and screen printing method to draw the component side on the top.
If you are a begineer, just concentrate on Toner transfer method it is enough.
Printing component side only required when you are need a professional look.
To print a pcb board using component side watch the following video:
you can use scratch pad instead of acetone. i used only scratch pads
liquid tin solution step is necessary when you want your board to last long. skip it if not necessary.
If you want to print more number of board in good quality you can also go for screen printing method.
CAUTION: Chemical used are very poisonous, use hand gloves and face mask. when work in closed room face mask is must.
